SERVICE CONTRACT

By means of this contract, the person, whose information follows (the customer) contracts the telecommunication service of internet via satellite provided by NET2 INTERNET POR SATELITE, S.L. (NET2), constituted for an indefinite period by a public authorized deed by the Notary in Vigo, Don Jaime Ramon Costas, on October 10, 2008 under the protocol number 158 and originally inscribed in the mercantile register of Pontevedra, book 3504, folio 1, sheet PO-46891, with the company number (CIF) B-27718170, and domiciled at 08850, Gava (Barcelona), Poligono Industrial La Post, calle Barcelona 1 C,D,E.

I have read the contract terms with Net2 and agree .
Net2 's FUP( Fair Use Policy). It's objective is to ensure proper distribution of available resources of the broadband network for all users, with the objective of providing the best customer service.
The current FUP provides periods (in the form of time windows) of one hour, four hours a day, a week and four weeks in case of excess of traffic volume within time window , the FUP reduces bandwidth to that user. As soon as the volume goes under the limit, the FUP releases the unlimited bandwidth.
Nominal Service Forecast:
When there are no other limitations as FUP users can expect:
1. A minimum of 50% of the maximum speed for 90% of the time.
2. At least 20% of the maximum speed for 95% of the time.
3. Navigation via web and email service.
4. Speed and very low priority in applications Peer-to-Peer.

VOIP channel. Establishing a pre-payment mode. The customer can purchase credit online via secure or bank transfer. Visit the website www.tooway4you.eu and watch applicable rates to the cost of the calls.Apart from the cost of the call, establishing a cost of using VoIP channel at a rate of 7€ (plus VAT) per month will be charged for use of the voip channel. This charge is subject to change on an annual basis.

Activation fee: 84 € (taxes not included).

Complementing the contracted product, the customer may contract in addition to your needs, not monthly, the following bonds:

  • Bono 500Mb: 11 € (taxes not included)
  • Bono 1Gb: 20 € (taxes not included)

    The Bonds are exempt from FUP.

    4. Equipment.

    The client may choose between two modalities:

    Purchase: TOOWAY's equipment will cost 419,33 € (taxes not included).

    Rent: Renewable 18 months Contract. Monthly cost based on the contracted product. On completion, the customer may renew the contract or want to return the equipment in perfect preservation. Customer will be able to buy the equipment without VoIP by an amount of 200 € (plus tax) or VoIP equipment with 250 € (plus tax). In the 18 months rent modality, the customer can access the Ka band (Spring 2011) extending the contract 24 months from the date of expiry of the initial contract.

    This contract will not be effective until the bank transfer is received.
    Very IMPORTANT: Please include in the bank transfer the customer Number.
