SERVICE CONTRACT

By means of this contract, the person, whose information follows (the customer) contracts the telecommunication service of internet via satellite provided by NET2 INTERNET POR SATELITE, S.L. (NET2), constituted for an indefinite period by a public authorized deed by the Notary in Vigo, Don Jaime Ramon Costas, on October 10, 2008 under the protocol number 158 and originally inscribed in the mercantile register of Pontevedra, book 3504, folio 1, sheet PO-46891, with the company number (CIF) B-27718170, and domiciled at 08850, Gava (Barcelona), Poligono Industrial La Post, calle Barcelona 1 C,D,E.

I have read the contract terms with Net2 and agree .
I have read and agree to the terms of the FUP Table ( Fair use policy). These terms explain how your download and upload speeds are reduced based on the number of megabytes downloaded during the month. The purpose of this policy is to distribute, on an equitable basis, bandwidth available to all subcribers, by reducing speeds to heavy users, in order not to penalize normal use of others. The connection is never cut, just reduced to a speed of 64kps for the Basic and Classic modality and 128kps for other modalities. The counter is reset every 30 days.

NET2 finances the adquisition of the starter Kit INTEREST FREE with the following conditions:

250€ + IVA when you sign the contract
100€ + IVA after 30 days.
100€ + IVA after 60 days.
